The General Directorate of Multi-annual Investment Programming is the governing body of the National System of Multi-annual Programming and Investment Management (also known as Invierte. pe), and in its capacity as the highest technical and normative authority manages the Investment Bank; dictates the procedures and guidelines for multi-annual investment programming and the Investment Cycle, supervising its quality; prepares the Multi-annual State Investment Program (PMIE); approves the general methodologies, taking into account the level of complexity of the investments; approves the general methodologies taking into account the level of complexity of the projects; provides training and technical assistance to the entities subject to the National System of Multi-annual Programming and Investment Management and issues exclusive and excluding binding opinion on the application of the Investment Cycle and its provisions, in relation to the subjects of its competence.
