The Council is formed as a permanent instance of dialogue between the government, civil society, the private sector and academia. Its objective is to achieve a coordinated work for the formulation, implementation, follow-up and monitoring process of the current action plans.

 

At the same time, a Technical Monitoring Committee (technical operational arm of the Council) was created, which is made up of eleven members, two from the government sector, three from the civil society sector, three from the private sector and three from academia, with the objective of planning, organizing and developing the process of raising awareness, official consultation and socialization-validation of the draft Action Plan.
