The National Board of Open State is a tripartite body (State, civil society and academia). It coordinates the preparation of Action Plans and monitors them. It was created by Exempt Resolution No. 499 dated May 19th, 2023.
Its participants include the Undersecretary General of the Presidency, who chairs said body, a representative of the Supreme Court, a representative of the Bicameral Transparency of the National Congress, a representative of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, two representatives of the Organizations of Civil Society of Open Government Network and two representatives of the Open Government Academic Network, plus a representative of international organizations as observers (ECLAC and UNDP).
