Open Government Division - Agency for Electronic Government and Information and Knowledge Society (AGESIC) of Uruguay

The Agency for Electronic Government and the Information and Knowledge Society (AGESIC) has the mission of leading the implementation strategy of the country's Electronic Government, as the basis of an efficient and citizen-centered State, and promoting the Information and Knowledge Society as a new form of citizenship, promoting inclusion and appropriation through the good use of information and communication technologies. Likewise, it also has the role of coordination, management, and monitoring of the working group in charge of developing the Open Government Action Plan through the Open Government Division of the Agency.
