Instructions for the Evaluation of Disaster Risk in Public Infrastructure Projects

The purpose of this document is to provide general instructions for the evaluation of projects considering the disaster risk variable in the public investment process. The instructions are preceded by a conceptual framework that addresses the National and International Policy governing Disaster Risk Management and the definitions associated with the National Investment System (NIS).
