General Risk Matrix Application Guide

This document is an applied guide of the General Risk Matrix (GRM), associated to the Methodology for Risk Analysis with a multi-threat approach and probabilistic criteria in Mideplan's Public Investment projects. The purpose of the application of this Methodology is that the entities in charge of the design of public infrastructure projects, operation, maintenance, remodeling and repair, can apply it for risk assessment under a multi-threat approach throughout the life cycle of Public Investment Projects.
