Event Summary
The Network of National Public Investment Systems of Latin America and the Caribbean (SNIP Network), made up of the directors of the SNIPs of 16 countries in the region, with the support of ILPES/ECLAC, the Inter-American Development Bank and The GIZ is a multilateral collaboration body that seeks to strengthen the quality of investments in the region. To this end, it carries out technical collaboration, dissemination and capacity-building activities among the authorities and officials responsible for these functions, with the execution of an annual in-person seminar being one of the main activities carried out within the framework of the Network.

This Seminar aims to be an instance where the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean can exchange experiences and learn about initiatives that allow improving effectiveness in the planning and execution of investment projects, considering institutional, methodological and technical aspects, with special interest. in sustainability and disaster risk management associated with climate change.
