The Transparency Secretariat is a dependency of the Administrative Department of the Presidency of the Republic. Its purpose is to advise and assist the director of this entity in the formulation and design of public policies on transparency and the fight against corruption. Likewise, it coordinates with the Administrative Department of Public Service the design and implementation of the Open State policy at the national and territorial level, striving for citizen access to information addressed in the Political Constitution, according to the guidelines of the President, Vice President and the Secretary General.
