The Pluriannual Investment Program is an investment planning instrument with a multiannual (4-year) horizon and which is updated once a year. This document is prepared by the General Public Investment Directorate, in accordance with the establishments of articles 59 and 60 of the Organic Budget Law. The list of investment projects outlines the total annual amounts per sectoral cabinet, institution and investment project.

As indicated in the regulation in force, the Pluriannual Public Investment Program includes those investment projects related to the priorities established in the investment policy guidelines agreed upon by the government, which have the Technical Opinion or Priority Note, as applicable, and which have guaranteed financing and the portfolio of strategic projects that require funding to be executed.
