Decree 2844 of 2010 of Colombia (Spanish)

This Decree regulates the National Program and Projects Bank and the Information System for Follow-up of Public Investment Projects to be integrated into the Unified Public Investment System. It establishes the cycle of the public investment projects as the main pillar of the Unified Public Investment System, as well as the requirements the intervening instances should address in each one of the stages.
