Decree No. 696/2017 of Argentina

This Decree modifies the Law on Ministries (text ruled by Decree No. 438/92), and its modifications, assigning to the Ministry of Cabinet Leadership the function of understanding the preparation, registration, follow-up, assessment and planning of public investment projects. It transfers the National Directorate of Public Investment and its depending organizational units, from the field of the Sub-secretariat of Production Development Policies of the Secretariat for Production Transformation of the Ministry of Production to the area of the Sub-secretariat of Budget Assessment and Public Investment, reporting to the Secretariat of Public Policy Coordination of the Minister Cabinet Leadership.
