General Public Debt Law 477 of Nicaragua (Spanish)

The General Public Debt Law aims at regulating the public indebtedness process to ensure that the Government’s financial needs and its payment obligations are met at the lowest possible cost, in consistency with the adoption of a prudent risk degree, with determination and assurance of the country’s payment capacity in accordance with the behavior of relevant macroeconomic variables.
