Guidelines for registration in the expense budget works portfolio of the Mexico City to be financed with a debt authorized by art. 3° LIF 2017 of Mexico (Spanish)

These guidelines aim at establishing the terms and conditions the Government of Mexico City should observe to register in the portfolio formed and administrated by the SHCP, the works they intent to perform with resources that come from financing.
