Guidelines related to opinions on investment programs and projects by the Federal Public Administration of Mexico’s dependencies and entities (Spanish)

These guidelines aim at establishing the provisions to be observed by the Federal Public Administration’s dependencies and entities for preparing and presenting the independent-expert opinions referred to in articles 34, fraction II, Federal Budget Law and Financial Responsibility and 53 of its regulations.
