Ministerial Resolution No. 115 Basic Regulations of Bolivia
The Basic Pre-investment Regulation aims at supplying the technical elements which are essential for the preparation of the Technical Pre-investment Design Study, which orient an adequate, organized and timely programming and execution of short-term and medium-term public investment, to improve the quality of investment.
