National Concertation Agreement for the Development of Panama (Spanish)

Among the goals agreed upon in the Concertation Agreement, it is mentioned that reforms need to be made to the public institutions to make them more efficient, transparent, participative and democratic. The needs for changes in the public system include processes linked to the SINIP principles such as: the Pluriannual Programming of Investments and the strengthening of the life cycle in the stages of formulation, assessment and follow-up of public investment execution.
