Organic Law No. 152 Development Plan of Colombia (Spanish)

Law No. 152 of 1994: “by which the Organic Law of the Development Plan is established.” This Law establishes the structure of the Budgetary System and determines that it is constituted by a financial plan for two or more years of term, by an Annual Operating Plan of Investments and by the Annual Budget of the Nation. This law defines that the Annual Operational Investment Plan indicates the direct and indirect investment and the projects to be executed, classified by sectors, organizations, entities, programs, and regions with an indication of the priority projects and committed terms, specifying their value. Additionally, it indicates only those projects registered in the Investment Projects Bank may be included.
