Regulations of the Organic Code for Planning and Public Finance of Ecuador (Spanish)

This regulation establishes the application provisions of the instruments and mechanisms all stakeholders of the National Decentralized Participating Planning System and the National Public Finance System are subject to. The present regulation will rule all entities, institutions and organizations comprised in articles 225, 297 and 315 of the Constitution of the Republic.
