The Multi-Stakeholder Forum is composed of six government members and six Civil Society members, with a government Co-Chair and a Civil Society Co-Chair. The government members were nominated by letters of invitation from the Financial Secretary of the MOFPS to five key Ministries, Departments and Agencies. The Civil Society members were selected through a process of nomination and election designed and conducted by civil society stakeholders, with online voting in June-July of 2021.
