The Development Plan defines:

  1. (a) the location of the avenues, the buildings, the allocation of the land for agricultural uses, the residential, the industrial and the conditions in which the development must be detailed;
  2. (b) restrictions for risk areas for geological, environmental and climatic reasons;
  3. (c) proposals for historical preservation;
  4. (d) planning areas in a holistic way, for development, and/or renewal, improvement, conservation.
