Ministry of Public Works is in charge of the land use planning process. This Ministry has two areas of Responsibility: Department of Public Works, which is responsible for the public infrastructure and the Department of Physical Planning, that is in charge of the development of Land Use Plan formulation and of the Physical Planning and Land Use issues.
